Terms of Service

Terms of Service

Effective Date: May 21, 2026.

Read these terms before you hire us or use our website. We build local search visibility for real businesses. We do not sell shortcuts. By accessing maprankingspecialistteam.com, you agree to these rules. If you disagree, close the tab.

Local SEO is a brutal, data-heavy environment. We treat map optimization as an engineering problem. We strip away the noise and focus on the signal. These terms outline exactly how we operate, what we expect from you, and where our liability ends. We keep things blunt because ambiguity kills campaigns.

1. Scope of Our Optimization Services

We engineer local dominance through data-driven map optimization. We audit your Google Business Profile. We fix NAP consistency across 50 primary data aggregators. We optimize your Q&A sections to capture featured snippets. We track proximity signals using high-resolution grid reports.

We do not control Google. Nobody does.

Any agency promising guaranteed placement in the local 3-pack within 48 hours is lying to you. We rely on tested, defensible local SEO practices. Algorithm updates happen. Competitors adjust their strategies. We adapt your campaign based on hard data, not guesswork. We build entity authority over time. We refuse to deploy black-hat tactics that risk your permanent suspension.

2. Acceptable Use of Our Website

You are welcome to read our case studies, apply our local SEO frameworks, and use our public resources. You are not permitted to abuse our infrastructure. Do not run automated scrapers against our map ranking checker. Do not attempt to reverse-engineer our proprietary grid reporting tools. We monitor server requests closely. We permanently block IPs that generate malicious or excessive traffic.

Your access to this site is a privilege. We revoke that privilege the moment we detect automated abuse.

3. Intellectual Property and Strategy Ownership

We publish our findings, case studies, and local SEO frameworks on this site. That content belongs to us. You can’t scrape our site, copy our grid report methodologies, or repackage our local SEO guides as your own agency’s material. We protect our intellectual property aggressively.

When we build a custom map optimization strategy for your HVAC or plumbing business, you own the resulting assets. You own your GBP. You own your citations. You own the optimized images. We own the proprietary workflows we used to get you there. You pay for the execution and the results, not the underlying operational blueprints.

4. Your Responsibilities as a Client

Local SEO requires raw materials. We need accurate data from you to do our job.

  • You must operate a legitimate business with a real physical location or a valid service area.
  • You must provide exact, current NAP data.
  • You must not use virtual offices or P.O. boxes to fake a location.
  • You must grant us manager access to your Google Business Profile promptly.

Google suspends profiles for guideline violations daily. If you hide a secondary location in a UPS store and Google drops the hammer, we aren’t responsible for the fallout. We operate strictly within Google’s published guidelines. We expect you to do the same. If you buy fake reviews from a click farm, we will terminate your contract immediately. The friction of cleaning up spam penalties wastes our time and your money.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

We provide our website and services exactly as they are. We make no implied warranties regarding specific ranking positions, review velocity, or inbound call volume. Local search is a volatile environment. Proximity, relevance, and prominence dictate the map pack.

A new competitor opening across the street changes your proximity radius. A core update shifts the weight of directory citations. We promise relentless optimization based on current algorithmic realities. We refuse to promise static results in a shifting environment. You consume our content and hire our team at your own risk.

Information on this site serves as educational material for local SEO practitioners and business owners. It does not constitute professional legal or financial advice.

6. Limitation of Liability

Map Ranking Specialist Team is not liable for lost revenue, lost rankings, or profile suspensions resulting from third-party actions. If a competitor files a malicious edit against your profile, we will help you fight it. We will not absorb the financial impact of that downtime.

Your total damages claimed against us can never exceed the amount you paid us for services in the previous three months. Real business carries real risk. We mitigate that risk. We do not underwrite it. If Google changes the layout of the search engine results page and your organic traffic drops, that is a platform risk you accept by operating online.

7. Payments, Subscriptions, and Cancellations

We bill for our map optimization services upfront. Local SEO requires heavy initial lifting. Citation audits, duplicate suppression, and initial GBP restructuring take immediate resources. We don’t finance your marketing campaign.

We do not offer refunds for completed work. You can cancel your monthly retainer at any time with a 30-day written notice. We stop the work. You keep the assets we built. If a payment fails, we pause all grid tracking and optimization efforts until the balance clears. We don’t chase invoices.

8. Affiliate and Tool Disclosure

We test dozens of local SEO tools. We reject most of them. When we find a citation builder, grid tracker, or proxy service that actually works, we mention it on this site. Some of those links are affiliate links. If you click one and buy the software, we earn a commission.

This does not change our editorial stance. We only recommend tools we actively deploy for our own clients. If a tool breaks, we pull the recommendation. We value our operational credibility far more than a small affiliate payout.

9. Governing Law

These terms operate under the laws of the State of Wyoming. Any legal disputes regarding our local SEO services or website usage will be handled in that jurisdiction. We prefer to resolve issues through direct communication and data review. If you bring a frivolous lawsuit against us, we will seek full recovery of our legal fees.

10. Modifications to These Terms

We update this page when our operational realities change. If we add a new service tier, shift our data retention policies, or adapt to a massive Google API change, we will revise this document. We don’t send out annoying email blasts for minor typographical fixes. Your continued use of maprankingspecialistteam.com means you accept the current terms. Check this page periodically if you care about the legal details.
